Publisher's Summary For two sworn enemies, anything can happen during the Hawaiian trip of a lifetime - even love - in this witty and swoon-worthy romance from the New York Times best-selling duo who “hilariously depict modern dating” (Us Weekly) and authors of Josh and Hazel’s Guide to Not Dating and Roomies. Olive is always unlucky: in her career, in love, in...well, everything. Her identical twin sister, Amy, on the other hand, is probably the luckiest person in the world. Her meet-cute with her fiancé is something out of a romantic comedy (gag), and she’s managed to finance her entire wedding by winning a series of internet contests (double gag). Worst of all, she’s forcing Olive to spend the day with her sworn enemy, Ethan, who just happens to be the best man. Olive braces herself to get through 24 hours of wedding hell before she can return to her comfortable, unlucky life. But when the entire wedding party gets food poisoning from eating bad shellfish, the only people who aren’t affected are Olive and Ethan. And now, there’s an all-expenses-paid honeymoon in Hawaii up for grabs. Putting their mutual hatred aside for the sake of a free vacation, Olive and Ethan head for paradise, determined to avoid each other at all costs. But when Olive runs into her future boss, the little white lie she tells him is suddenly at risk to become a whole lot bigger. She and Ethan now have to pretend to be loving newlyweds, and her luck seems worse than ever. But the weird thing is that she doesn’t mind playing pretend. In fact, she feels kind of...lucky. With Christina Lauren’s “uniquely hilarious and touching voice” (Entertainment Weekly), The Unhoneymooners is a fun and charming romance that is perfect for anyone who has ever felt unlucky in love. ©2019 Christina Lauren (P)2019 Simon & Schuster

They did it again! I love these authors! The book is light hearted, romantic, funny and and easy listen. I wish they had a male Narrator not just at the end bc his voice could have been less “valley girl” and hotter. But I loved this book couldn’t stop listening!
I loved this book. It’s laugh out loud funny and I will definitely listen to it again. The narrators did a great job with voice changes and inflections. I’ll look for another book by this author.
I enjoyed this book.Although plot is not crazy unpredictable, this story is delivered in a really good way - language is bubbly, jokes are funny and situations are painted in bold, beautiful colors. Narrattor at the end almost ruined the book for me.
I liked this book and recommend it but I was never completely in love with it. It is really entertaining and has some really funny parts. It is a hate to lovers contemporary fiction book. There is no hanky panky on page. Nothing further than a kiss.
I LOVED this book! It had me bursting out with laughter and cringing in embarrassment for the characters throughout the whole book. In true rom com fashion, you can guess the result, but the journey there was fantastic! I 100% will recommend this.
Loved this book! It was so funny, very entertaining, and had a good ending. Loved the voice of Olive but Ethan’s did not fit. At first he sounded like a young boy, but I did finally get used to it. Then the epilogue at the end sounded so different, like Ethan had gone thru puberty and his voice was deep like an older man! I had to push past all this to try to focus on the wonderful story. Overall, I enjoyed this book so much! Just not sure why Ethans voice was the way it was....I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for that. I will definitely recommend this book to others.
Loved this Rom/Com.Never tired of the budding romance between Olive and Ethan. Will reccomend
This book was really fun. It was cute and funny. I thought it had the potential to be cheesy, but it really wasn't cheesy or annoying at all. One of the best I've listened to in a while!
I had high hopes after reading rave reviews of this title by Christina Lauren but couldn’t get through the first chapter because of the disappointing lackluster narration. What was to be a fun, fictional selection in my library turned out to be very monotone presentation of a story ripe with potential. I’ll try physical copy to give the book another shot, but unfortunately I don’t recommend this narration of it.
A well-written and perfectly narrated story. The story centers mainly around Olive and the relationship that develops between her and Ethan. As she gets to know Ethan she also gets to know herself separate from her relationships with others and the importance of truth and honesty, communication, false assumptions andwhen it's smart to risk forgiveness.
