How to make a Nutella Cookie Pie. A soft and gooey chocolate chip cookie pie stuffed with Nutella! If you have my recent book Fitwaffle's Baking It Easy, then you'll find this one in there amongst my other most popular bakes. For this recipe, I use a delicious chocolate chip cookie dough to make the base, sides and lid, then Nutella to fill the middle. If you want to experiment you can definitely swap the filling out for something similar and if you keep an eye out on my channel this won't be the last stuffed cookie pie I make. You'll find the ingredients list below and timestamps for each stage of the baking process. You'll need a bowl, rubber spatula and an 8" cake tin/20cm cake tin. I like to use a springform cake tin, because it makes it a little easier to remove your bake. Ingredients list: 200g unsalted butter, softened 250g light brown sugar 1 large egg, room temperature 1 tsp vanilla extract 320g plain flour 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 200g chocolate chips + some for the top 350g-400g Nutella Bake 180C/160C (fan) 25 mins Tin size: 8” springform tin Ingredient tips: FYI - Bicarbonate of soda is baking soda in the US FYI - Plain flour is all-purpose flour in the US TIP - Grams are much more accurate than cups, if you like to bake, a simple weighing scale is such a big help and very useful to have in the kitchen.
