Presenter Darren Chetty speaks with Rob and his mother, Rita, about their life in Zambia and Malawi, their move to Wales, and the experiences that shaped Rob’s career on and off the pitch. Rob also reflects on his school days at Cardinal Newman High School, Rhydyfelin, and the roots that grounded him.
