Just showing you how I make my Nigerian Puff puff without yeast and with self raising flour #puffpuff #noyeastpuffpuff #puffpuffwithselfraisingflour #nigerianpuffpuff #puffpuffwithoutyeast Ingredients: 320g (2 + 2/3 cup) Self raising flour 400g ( 1 + 1/2 cup + 2tbsp) Plain Yoghurt 80g Sugar (6tbsp) 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon Powder NOTES: Please do not use Greek Yoghurt as it's too thick and will alter the taste of the puff puff You can use Milk in place of Yoghurt but the texture will be more like doughnut than puff puff.
