Her father was a professional fighter, and her brother is also an MMA fighter. Pinheiro started training in MMA at the age of 14 and quickly showed her potential in the sport. She won her first amateur fight at the age of 16 and then turned pro in 2017. In her professional career, she has a record of 9 wins and 2 losses. On October 9, 2021, Pinheiro was competing in a strawweight bout against American fighter Stephanie Frausto at a Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA) event in South Dakota. In the first round of the fight, Pinheiro attempted a leg kick that was caught by Frausto. As Frausto tried to take her down, Pinheiro's knee buckled, and she fell to the ground, screaming in pain. The injury was later diagnosed as a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), a torn meniscus, and a fractured fibula.
