The competitor in green comes out and hits a nice guard pull and elevation to get the sweep to the top. His opponent immediately counters with the rubber guard. He tries several submissions from here even going for a guillotine with his rubber guard still locked on. Ok, so it's not technically a loco plata but we're not exactly sure what to call it. It might have been a choke but he might have also tapped to the pressure on his shoulder. The world may never know. All we know is both these guys are young and have long careers ahead of them.
