I visited Kigali in nd of March and I asked my friend charity to teach me how to make this, she gladly agreed and the next morning someone was on the road to buy ingredients, it’s such an interesting meal to make, if you know me you know how much I love slow cooked meals, and to know that as Africans we almost have the same meals just a small twist here and there but the ingredients are almost the same, if you watch this video you’ll notice that just the veggies change but the methods are the same and I love this for us, all along we are one, Tell me if you’ll try isombe next time you visit i a Rwandese, Burundian or Congolese restaurant or country.
