Leah and Nevaeh seem like acrimonious old acquaintances throughout this match, their banter rolling on like live commentary. You’d think they were sitting at a bar, joshing each other instead of hurting each other in creative ways. And hurt each other is just what these evenly matched dynamos do in this fast-paced submissions match. This is a contest that’s hard to pin down – the power dynamic reversing practically minute by minute. One moment Nevaeh’s getting her wrist practically sprained and in the next, Leah is being battered in a corner. The moves come fast and heavy – Front Facelocks, Armbars, Neckbreakers, bodyscissors, crossfaces. Some are impressively original, like a painful-looking combination of a piggyback/Atomic Drop/Powerbomb delivered by Nevaeh on Leah. Others are thwarted spectacularly – see that missed splash off the top rope by Leah, as an example. It is, in short, quite the riot, brought to an end with one neck-wrenching, arm-twisting mat submission that has one lady screaming her surrender.
