I answer phone calls and I offer service with a smile.I use computers as part of my job and all different types of social media and emailing contacts to get more and more young people using the Youth Zone.Databases keep any information tidy so that none of it gets lost, and it keeps you well organised!I wanted to work here because I was so inspired by the young people and their amazing attitude. Seeing what we do here makes me enjoy my job even more. This job has helped me massively with my confidence and self-esteem. I feel like I've grown so much as a person.Francesca is someone that inspires everyone. She's passionate about young people. She's passionate about pushing herself out of her comfort zone and inspiring others to push themselves.When I finish work I also use a computer to communicate with others.My blog is basically a combination of topics to help people realise that no matter what disability they've got they are never alone. I enjoy using computers as part of my job to ensure that people's information is kept safe and secure.But I also love my job because I love seeing the people have fun, and get the very best out of the Youth Zone.
