In this video I talk through one of the most frightening self-defense situations I've faced. This night involved a short car chase, two assailants and a late night dark road. This was a full-on self-defense situation, one of those really intense and frightening experiences that lives with you from that day on. The question is, did my history of boxing training help me? Was I able to leverage the skills that I'd learned during my years of boxing training to help me get through the situation?
