With vinegar, sugar, water and a bit of salt. Vinegar is a bit acidic so we add water to neutralise the acidity. The sugar also adds a great taste to the beetroot salad. The second method is just as great. The hot sauce mixed with chutney, is the cherry on top. Remember you can always substitute the ingredients to achieve your desired taste.
