This gym is perfect for both beginners and fighters, but the intensity? Different level. We went through: 🥊 Pad work 🥊 Sparring 🥊 And one of the hardest conditioning sessions we’ve done… At the end, we had to do sit-ups while taking direct shots to the stomach. No breaks. No mercy. Just pure Muay Thai. This is the reality of training in Thailand. Not every gym is like this… but this one hits different.
