Marti takes on the self-proclaimed Bullet Babe, in this classic matchup, featuring none other than Santana Garrett as the guest referee. Amber takes Marti to the mat early and immediately targets her left knee, firing away with elbowdrops, kneedrops and a knee-wrenching Anklelock in order to damage Marti’s limb. After a near pinfall, Amber locks on a modified Figure Four Leglock, but Marti is able to escape and reverse it into an Anklelock. Amber asks for a timeout, but instead Marti rolls her up for a 2 count. Marti gains a little bit of momentum, but loses it quickly when Amber reverses a whip into the turnbuckles and then nails Marti with a running Clothesline in the corner. Amber misses a running Clothesline off the ropes, but Marti connects on a trio of Clotheslines in short order. She tries for the pin, but Amber floors her with a chinbreaker. With both wrestlers weary worn down, it’s only going to take one high-impact finisher or one sneaky reversal to score the pin. It all boils down to who makes a mistake and who is able to capitalize.
