Even though champion Devyn and challenger Amanda agree to make this a non-title affair, that doesn't stop their competitive juices from flowing and turning this from a friendly contest into a heated one. They take turns faking each other out with a hug, showing that they'll go to any lengths to win. Amanda is determined to prove that she deserves a title shot, while Devyn wants to show why the gold is around her waist to begin with. Devyn tries to squeeze a submission out of Amanda with a bodyscissors, a position that leads to pinfall attempts for each wrestler. It's clear that they're an evenly matched pair. Amanda grounds Devyn with a toehold, and then a Rear Chinlock that almost puts the champ to sleep. However, Devyn is far from finished, and she fires back up to blast Amanda with a knee in the corner. They continue to trade submissions and near falls until an airtight Dragon Sleeper pushes one wrestler past the point of no return.
