William Michener is Professor and Director of e-Science Initiatives at the University of New Mexico’s College of University Libraries & Learning Sciences. He directs New Mexico’s National Science Foundation (NSF) and Department of Energy EPSCoR (Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research) Programs and the Data Observation Network for Earth (DataONE).
