Withe just a simple prep work of chopping a few ingredients and trimming the chicken of excess fat and skin you ate on your to creating this moth watering and comforting dish INGREDIENTS 2lb Whole young kitchen Salt and black pepper For the Marinade 1 Tbs fresh thyme, picked and chopped 1 Tsp fresh rosemary, picked and chopped 1 Tsp Oregano, dried 1 Tsp Garlic powder 1 Tsp Onion powder 1/4 Tsp Red pepper flakes 4 Tbs Fresh parsley, chopped 1 Lemon zested and juiced 4 Tbs Avocado oil Salt and pepper to taste Preheat the oven to 425F ( about 220C ) for the first 20 minutes and then lower to 350F ( 180C ) until chicken is 165 F ( 74C ) Vegetables 1 Sweet potato, washed and sliced thick 1 Yellow onion, peeled and cut into wedges 2 Whole garlic, trimmed at top
