تبدأ الأحداث عندما تصطدم مجموعة من النيازك ببلدة (سموفيل)؛ مما يدمر نصف البلدة، كما أنها تجلب معها طفلًا من الفضاء، يجده كل من جوناثان كنت وزوجته مارثا كنت ويسمياه كلارك. تمضي الأيام ويكتشف كلارك مهاراته الخارقة كالركض بسرعة هائلة، ورؤية الأشياء من وراء الحواجز وإخراج أشعة ليزر من عينيه، إلى جانب العديد من القدرات الأخرى الخارقة للطبيعة، وعندها فقط يخبره جوناثان ومارثا بحقيقته، ويبدأ كلارك في تطوير قدراته ليصبح بطلًا خارقًا عن حق.

The season 1 is not complete,it is suppose to end in season 1 episode 21 Incase you are wondering why season 2 episode 1 is confusing. I was able to watch it on YouTube,just search smallville season 1 episode 21.
