Traditional Thai martial arts master Kru Oh and Chris Lawrence demonstrate the fundamental "Mae Mai" technique: Dub Chawala ("Extinguish The Lamp"). Mae Mai or "Mother Techniques" are a group of 15 fundamental techniques of the traditional Thai fighting arts (Muay Boran), of which the modern Muay Thai is derived from.
