Simple homemade stovetop mac and cheese and chicken bites! 1 pound cavatappi pasta 2 boxes of chicken broth or stock Your favorite cheeses (freshly shredded!!!!) I used Gouda Mild cheddar Colby jack Parmesan 2 cups heavy cream (I dont make a roux for stove top) Salt Paprika Complete seasoning For chicken: 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 1.5 tablespoon paprika 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon ground mustard Sauce 1 cup broth 1 cup honey 2 tablespoons chopped garlic 2 tablespoons soy sauce Boil the pasta in the chicken broth until al dente. For the cheese sauce, warm the half and half up before adding the cheese. Once you add the cheese and it melts, turn the heat off.
