A fiercely contested Legends Cup in Munich ended with the title going to the BVB legends, who competed with Mats Hummels in their ranks for the first time. The team, led by Nobby Dickel and Jörg Heinrich, won each of their four matches against Celtic, Real Madrid (2x) and Juventus.
