This is how to make a shredded beef sauce and egg rice for beginners Ingredients 1 Kilo beef Marinate with 1 tspn salt 1 tspn seasoning 1 tspn onion powder 1 tspn paprika 1 tspn garlic powder 1 tspn black /white pepper 1 medium size bell peppers (yellow, green, red) 1 big size onions 2-3 tbspn vegetable oil 1 tbspn garlic /ginger paste 2-3 scotch Bonnet pepper Sauce mix 1 tspn dark soy sauce 2 tbspn light soy sauce 2 tbspn oyster sauce 2 tbspn sweet Chilli sauce (optional) 1 & 1/2 cup water 1-2 tbspn corn flour EGG RICE 2 cups boiled rice 1 stick butter 2-3 eggs (scramble with salt & pepper) Spring onions 1-2 tspn soy sauce You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
