This honey soy baked chicken with vegetables fried rice , an Asian inspired recipe makes a perfect dinner that you can do on any day of the week. The stir fried rice is actually from left over I had in my fridge , you can use whatever veggies you have or you can use the same idea to make stir fried rice from scratch .
