I decided to create this series of videos during the global lockdown. Although this series can be watched at any time, right now most people have extra time on their hands. So why not take a few minutes out of your day to quietly sit and ponder some searching questions. I personally use these and found them interesting, so I thought some of you might also find a use for them. They stem from Chinese philosophy, the I-Ching to be exact. I rediscovered the potency of this source during the research of my recent martial arts book.
