In the 11th round, everything finally came together. A devastating left hook snapped Plant’s head back, followed by a crushing right uppercut that sent him crashing to the canvas. Though he managed to get back up, he was clearly shaken. On unsteady legs, Plant tried to survive, but Alvarez sensed the finish.
