90 Second Boxing Tips are a new series of boxing coaching videos that I have created. In each 90 Second Boxing Tip video I will focus on a single skill, tactic or topic. Within each video I will provide some clear, precise and effective advice that you can put into action immediately. So how did I come up with the idea of the 90 Second Boxing Tip? Well, not only is it aimed at keeping it short so that you can watch the video in less than a round of boxing, it is actually based upon practical experience. When there is a full team of boxers working in the gym, I often walk around and as boxers are shadow boxing, using the heavy bag or performing drills I may spend 90 seconds or so talking them through a skill or topic. This is a fact of life for any coach in many boxing clubs all around the World - it's great to get some good one-on-one time working with a boxer, but it's just as important to share the time to ensure the continued development of all - that 90 seconds can be incredibly effective.
