This hearty, insanely delicious bean and capsicum stew comes together in about 35 minutes (if your beans are precooked). In this recipe the pulses are simmered in a rich sauce made simply with onions and capsicums and seasoned with just smoked paprika and salt. Serve this stew with your choice of a side dish from chapati, rice, potatoes and cornmeal to mashed banana, greens and crusty bread. Or you could thicken it up and serve it for breakfast with sausage and eggs.
