3-Ingredient Oreo Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting (EASY)
How to make a quick and easy 3-ingredient cake! This 3-ingredient Oreo cake is so moist and delicious, topped with an amazing thick cream cheese frosting. No eggs are needed, and you can even bake it in the microwave if you prefer. Ingredients: For the cake: 45 Oreos 1.5 tsp baking powder 380ml milk (whole or semi-skimmed), at room temperature (1 1/2 cups + 2 tbsp) For the cream cheese frosting: 45g unsalted butter, softened (3 tbsp) 45g cream cheese, room temperature (1 1/2 ounces) 125g icing sugar (1 cup powdered sugar) 1 tsp vanilla extract Crushed Oreos, optional for decoration Tin size: 8x8” Bake 180C/(160C fan)/350F for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out the middle with a few moist crumbs and there’s no wet batter.
